-Job Title: NDDC(Nike Direct Digital Commerce) Business Planner

-Work Location: Seoul

Responsibilities

-Develop iterative tops-down, consumer demand driven category and KPI forecasts to drive premium NDDC business to maximize productivity and profitability.

-Develop consumer-demand driven retail revenue, margin and inventory forecasts that inform Nike gross-to-net forecasts.

-Collaborate within finance on CSR, AOP, and budget for financial models, consumer and product insights.

-Partnership with retail planner on top-line category budgets and forecasts used for seasonal inventory plan.

-Create iterative revenue, margin and inventory scenario plans to identify consumers & financial trade-offs onbusiness decision.

-Partnership with NDDC IK team to build demand revenue and net revenue forecasting plan process

-Develop scenario plans to identify risks & opportunities.

-Comprehensive Stock&Sales Plans (SSP) and Net to Gross(N2G) plans in Plan tool aligning to the KPIs

-Lead OTB tool

Requirements

-7+ years’ experiences in buying / strategic planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, sales planning or a related field.

-Team Player with cross-functional team and reach beyond current role to build effective working relationships.

-Strong written and verbal communication skill with various stakeholders in Korean & English.
