The nature of the work is focused on creating product and brand demand, understanding external constituents and effectively presenting company or product information.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and directing complete marketing plan for the category that drive brand strategies

  • Develop and execute seasonal and category marketing initiatives

  • Partner across marketing function teams (BC/Digital/Event/Energy/Comms/IRM) & category brand teams (Running/Sportswear/Football) to ensure seasonal initiatives are executed per category direction

  • Adopt, enrich and creatively execute and/or support APLA category strategy within local market

  • Track and evaluate marketing impact

  • Manage timeline and budget

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 26 years of relevant work experience

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in Korean and English

  • Deep connection to and profound understanding of the Women’s category consumer

  • Passion for the Nike brand, sport and lifestyle

  • Strong understanding and insights into the digital / social landscape

  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to work with athletes and influencers

  • Ability to analyze market place, consumer and trends

  • Outstanding leadership and coaching skills to lead functional teams and large cross-functional projects

  • Excellent PPT & Keynote skills for seasonal plan
