NSW brand team opens a category brand marketing manager position who will directly report to NSW brand director. The detailed specification are as bellows

Responsibilities

  • Understand NSW consumers (Phenom/Fenom) with the sharp consumer insight & business background

  • Create NSW yearly & seasonal brand plan based on the consumer insight, strategic priorities & product launch process

  • Lead, Align & Collaborate with the marketing function (BC/Digital/Event/Energy/Comms/IRM) & category teams (NW/BB) from the campaign planning to execution

  • Align & Co-work with cross functional NSW team to represent NSW brand perspective & plan

  • Build a quarterly consumer insight report and share with the cross category teams to influence for the future product creation & marketing campaign

  • Share & Communicate timely with APLA Geo team to share Korea marketing plan & POV for the yearly/seasonal campaign

Requirements

  • Deeper understanding on Korean youth / Street culture / Passion for Nike brand & Sneaker

  • Excellent skill for creating the brand plan with a sharp insight (PPT is a basic requirement & Keynote is preferred)

  • Great English presentation skill from planning to presentation (plan creation, verbal presentation & managing conference call)

  • Strategic thinking, Problem solving attitude, Flexible & Creative mind set as a market for the most youthful category

  • Understanding on digital consumer insight/social behavior/platform is preferred

  • Great team player as a leader/orchestrator of the integrated teams (marketing functions / NSW category cross functional teams)

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree with over 7 years of direct wok experiences (marketing / creative & communication agency)
