As the North America Nike Digital Commerce Integrated Knowledge Sr. Director, you will build frameworks to support consumer insights, personalization, and analyze drivers of business performance. One of your key accountabilities include orchestrating multi-disciplinary analytics offense for Nike Digital Commerce in the North America geography including hardline management of integrative and category analytics teams, and dotted line management of consumer, digital experience, and marketplace analytics teams dedicated to digital commerce. You will proactively identify commercially viable opportunities to drive revenue, margin improvement, consumer frequency, and retention. Additionally, you’ll develop and drive standards for the geography, reporting frameworks, and best practices for Nike Digital Commerce. Using key KPIs, you’ll apply your analytics capabilities and leadership to drive actionable business insights and results. This is a fast-paced and high-visibility position where you will depend on strong collaboration across numerous teams at Nike.

Key deliverables for this role include:

  • Responsible for delivery of key business drivers, trending, forecast, KPIs, key initiative performance recaps, and ad hoc priority requests to Direct Digital Commerce leadership

  • Lead prioritization and orchestration of cross-functional knowledge capabilities in support of critical North America Digital Commerce initiatives

  • Direct the assessment of impact of the cross-functional knowledge teams on critical business drivers

Qualifications

Requirements for the position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years directly relevant experience

  • Experience should include comprehensive experience as a business/process leader or industry expert in Digital Commerce, Analytics, Integrated Knowledge, and/or General Management

  • Deep expertise in using multidisciplinary integrated knowledge capabilities to drive consumer-led businesses in the digital space

  • Proven commercial-facing experience—Exceptionally strong analytical skills and proven capability to use analytics and data to drive business decisions and consumer outcomes in partnership with business leadership

  • Deep experience with requisite BI, advanced analytics, and consumer science tools

  • Fluency in SQL, Big Data management systems, Data Warehousing Solutions and Cloud computing platforms

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong storytelling, presentation, and influencing skills at an executive level on complex business issues

  • Strong experience recruiting, motivating, and leading high performing analytic teams

  • Strong ability to develop high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and layers to drive results, preferably in a matrixed environment

  • Proven track record of cultivating partnerships to drive and mine new business opportunities, risks, and actions
