The Role

As our Transition Management Lead for Capability Teams, you will partner with Development teams driving commercial supply chain programs across the globe. Your role will be to design and deliver targeted change management strategies that effectively engage stakeholders and mitigate program risk throughout design, implementation and stabilization phases. You'll leverage a deep understanding of business transition, process innovation and program management to actively support project teams, working across the matrix with stakeholders in MPO, Planning, Sales, Nike Retail and Digital Go-To-Market organizations.

The Qualifications

We are looking for a leader that is process-oriented, results driven, and able to strategize and innovate to create a roadmap for the future. Key to success in this role will be the ability to be a flexible thinker and outstanding communicator who is comfortable working cross-functionally to drive change and influence leaders while also developing rigorous, well-communicated deliverables.

  • Experienced in theimplementation of business change and process transition, with strongunderstanding of how process changes impact business performance.

  • Experience driving TMproject delivery across the spectrum of risk assessment, stakeholdercommunication, training and adoption management actions.

  • Experience translatingproject scope into thorough change impact assessments with targetedstakeholder strategies.

  • Experience developingand facilitating training sessions and delivering workshops for enterpriselevel projects.

  • Excellentwritten, spoken and visual communication skills. Specifically, welldemonstrated capability converting complex concepts into easy to interpretstories that resonate across a varied audience

  • Must have experiencemanaging and/ or working on change initiatives in support of projects thatdrive process and technology transformation

  • Flexibility in switchingfrom strategic to tactical and operational levels of thinking and working– bringing structure to the structureless.

  • Superiorinterpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to work bothcross-functionally and cross-culturally, specifically fostering productiverelationships between key players.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or another related field, or an additional 2 years in lieu of degree.

  • 6-8 years minimum of experience in Business, Project Management or Transition Management.

  • Industry experience insupply chain, commercial operations preferred.

  • Certifications in the following preferred: Prosci ADKAR, SAFe.

  • High proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel, Agile.

  • Communicate on a high level with various levels of key stakeholders.

  • Organized, hands on, and action oriented.
