Description

As a Retail HR Specialist you will be reporting to the EMEA North Territory HR Retail Manager.

• Deliver tailored and personalized service excellence and flawless HR support to our customers, both employees and managers in our stores

• Follow standard guidelines when responding to requests regarding HR policies and procedures, and provide timely, correct & complete information, making sound judgments and decisions on required actions

• Work with the Territory HR Manager and the Employee Relations Specialist, to help support ER case management work, including investigations, corrective action and disciplinary meetings

• Prepare documents & reports for Labor relations such as Works Council, Health & Safety Committee, Unions negotiations and support meetings facilitation by presenting to the members

• Ensure the social calendar is up to date against our legal obligations and that the Company remains compliant at all time (support on collective bargaining agreements negotiations process and Mandatory annual negotiations)

• Support with all HR activities related to new store openings, including recruiting and onboarding new starters

• Support with ad hoc project work led by the EMEA North HR Managers

• Identify areas of process improvement and make recommendations to the EMEA North HR team

• Be involved in the execution of talent development activities to our retail population (trainings, talents planning, etc)

• Be an active and professional ambassador of HR whilst building strong relationships with our stakeholders.

• Be a trusted source of information for the team members and customers you support

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience as HR generalist, ideally gained with a retail environment

• Experience in Employee Relations management.

• Experience in Labor Relations

• Strong commitment to excel in providing service excellence

• Great written and verbal communication skills, understanding the needs of the customer by asking the right questions

• Have organization and prioritization skills

• Be able to take a proactive approach

• Flexibility to travel within France

• Able to multi-task and work independently within a fast-paced, results oriented, flexible working environment

• Fluent in French and English.
