Do you share our passion for sports and innovation and want to help Nike to continue to push the limits of greatness? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to support our wholesale population in France and across the Nordics. The role is based in Paris/ St Ouen De L Aumone.

Responsibilities Include:

• HR Consumer Experience – support the HR Director and HR centers of excellence to continuously evolve HR fundamentals and support. Monitor the pulse of the organization to create locally relevant solutions. Incl. L&D initiatives, compensation strategy, annual review process, onboarding, talent planning, project management, policies and procedure, data accuracy, document management, etc.

Preparation and Facilitation of the Works Council and Health &Safety Process according to current legislation

Preparation, facilitation and follow up of core HR processes ( Pay, Talent Review, Performance Reviews, ..)

• Manager Development – Provide coaching to line managers to enable high performing teams. Create, develop and champion new initiatives to ensure the acceleration of the next generation of leaders Collaborate with HR specialized functions to execute the strategy and support the business

• Employee Relations & Performance Management – Work with the ER Centre of Excellence to resolve complex ER issues; educate and coach managers regarding relevant employment laws and Nike policies; coach managers and employees on effective problem solving and steps to maintain a positive working environment Support HR Director and the wider team in the delivery HR elements of organizational change such as restructures including consultation, document creation and tracking actions

Working with Finance to ensure monthly accurate head count and cost information to facilitate decision making

Give input to and execute the Nike Paris/North Human Resources strategy

Qualifications

• Relevant HR experience at a management level in a multi-

country environment

• In-depth Employee Relations experience and knowledge

• In depth Local labour law knowledge (France) and

experience in dealing with employee relations issues and

corrective action is critical to this role.

• Experience of working with and negotiating with works

councils, union and other legal bodies in France is a must

• Experience in Learning and Development; succession

planning, performance and compensation management

and organizational development

• Solid analytical skills and attention to detail

• ability to adapt to remote teams in a cultural diverse and

legally complex environment

• Strong communication and presentation skills - to engage

and energize large and groups on complex information and

projects.

• A dedicated strong performer and team player, able to

demonstrate exceptional people skills, and managing

multiple stakeholders at different levels.

• A solution based problem solver who is able to prioritize

and assess risks

• Strong Excel, Powerpoint and Visio experience

• Fluent in French and English
