  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to assess category directives and report on key metrics through the lens of a storyteller

  • Develop a team with ongoing awareness of Nike products, technologies and market trends

  • Known for managing and merchandising the right product in the right place at the right time

  • Product expert and consumer ambassador to the core

  • Experience leading large relationship-driven teams

  • Innate drive for results and passion to elevate your team members to their full potential

  • Bachelors + 6 years retail leadership experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree

  • A key partner for you will be the Athlete Resources team. Together, you build a dynamic and inspiring cross-functional community

  • May include occasional overnight shifts
