As our Area Sales Executive, reporting to the Field Sales Manager for Russia you will be responsible for achieving assigned sales quota by bringing in new and maintaining existing business

Based in Russian office in Moscow, you will contribute to develop and execute the Nike Russia business strategy through selling products to a defined set of accounts or geographic territory by utilizing customer service skills and building strong relationships based upon product/category and marketplace expertise which results in consistent target attainment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales goals on a seasonal basis as part of a team responsible for managing Field accounts portfolio.

  • Lead the development of account plans with the customer thru close collaboration. Work closely with a broad internal cross-functional team on a seasonal business plan based on financial planning, sell-thru, account specific objectives (financial and category), and in understanding of the retailer's consumer base.

  • Manage the marketplace by ensuring best presentation of category stories and product with the right quantities at the right time. Work closely with category teams, planning and account team on door level assortment plans that contribute to a differentiated consumer experience.

  • Work in close alignment with your sales counterparts in order to achieve the best possible result for both the account and Nike.

  • Ensure appropriate seasonal product flow in order to optimize account opportunities. Work with account buyer and planner to ensure market and customer capacities are met. Manage the customer inventory position based on seasonal targets and sell-thru objectives.

  • Establish and maintain timely, consistent, and positive external and internal relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customer personnel at all levels of the customer's business.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant sales experience

  • Bachelor or higher in the field of sales or economics

  • Experience and knowledge of retail fluency and account profitability models with an ability to drive a profitable account business

  • Experience and track record of success working with accounts increasing revenue, co-creating and driving a holistic business plan inclusive of short and long term business strategies and financial targets

  • Confident in English in both verbal and written communication

  • Strongverbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly articulategoals and objectives

  • Able toinfluence both cross functionally and vertically within the industry andmarketplace and negotiate highly complex retail agreements.

  • Strong passion for the Swoosh and natural interest in Sport Performancemarket and innovation product.
