Territory Partner Manager

Territory Partner Manager is leading the relationships with Nike Store Partners (NSP) in Russia. This role is responsible for putting in place and execution NSP Russia strategy in line with Russia IMP (Integrated Marketplace) and EMEA NSP Mission and Vision. PM is acting as leader of cross functional Russia NSP team, delivering to consumer in close collaboration with partners premium consumer experience. Ensure our joint seasonal and long term plans are in line with joint strategy and are bringing mutual profitability.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understandall key aspects of the partner business, across all functions

  • Buildand execute 1-3-year strategies jointly with partners in alignment with Russiamarketplace strategy

  • Partneron the development of the partner's seasonal, annual and long-term plans basedon an understanding of the partner's consumer base.

  • Manageperformance and profitability of Nike's NSP business, including tracking Grossto Net performance

  • Implementtrade terms with partners

  • Monitorperformance and profitability of the partner's NSP business through quarterlyreviews with partners

  • LeadRussia cross functional NSP Team. Solicit, monitor and respond to partnerfeedback by working across functions

  • Ownthe partner assessment process

  • Supervisenew contract preparation and renewals and negotiate contract terms

  • Assistretail planners and merchandisers in communicating seasonal assortments topartners and relay feedback on assortments back to merchandising and planning

  • Workwith business planner, retail planner, and partner to ensure market andcustomer capacities are met through seasonal product flow by month

Qualifications

Higher education

Partner management experience 4+ years (in retail or FMCG)

Team management experience 3+ years (Coaching and Development)

Sales planning and forecasting experience

Basics of effective sales understanding.

Negotiation and effective communication skills

Ability to influence others

Results Oriented and Proactive; Organized and Planned
