As the Financial Analyst, your role will include reviewing and understanding related IT vendor contracts, including software/hardware support and renewal processing, IT procurement and accounts payable processes, as well as maintaining necessary records. Primary components of the scope of this position include relationship management of internal and external stakeholders and preparation and administration of reports for IT Financial Management and Operations Management to provide accurate and timely information to support critical decision making. Additional responsibilities include processing invoices, purchase orders, goods receipts and open commitment reports.

Qualifications

Requirements for the position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance or a related field preferred: 2 years’ additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree

• 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years’ directly relevant work experience in accounts payable, procurement, budgeting, and forecasting a plus

• Advanced Excel skills required

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to interact with Senior level management as well as vendors

• Experience with business process improvement methods (e.g., Lean) a plus

• Strong attention to detail, accurate, thorough and timely

• Comfortable working as a team player in a fast-paced, Just Do It work environment

• Strong time management skills
