As the Nike West Digital Brand Manager, Nike Direct your role is to bring a passion for Sport and Digital to help Nike become the most connected brand in LA. You will collaborate with our Nike Direct Brand teams to successfully execute high-impact plans and map against NikePlus data, market trends, consumer profiles, and competitive intelligence. In addition, identify opportunities in real-time to concept against. You will provide thought leadership between business, brand, and membership to drive overall NikePlus awareness at retail through digital platforms. In addition, you will build sustainable digital and social plans to support brand energy that happens at retail and partner doors. You’ll create, manage, and execute all plans, working closely with NA membership team - building plans and finding opportunities to advantage members in LA through access to product, expert guidance, sport, and unforgettable experiences. You'll find new ways for the brand to show up in the moments that matter most with the goals of acquiring high-quality new members, building awareness of the membership program and benefits, retaining our member base, and showing our members the love in LA. You'll bring these plans to life on the ground in LA and market them to the LA consumer in hyperrelevant ways. You'll work closely with and manage creative and media agencies to develop and execute seasonal plans. You will be responsible for creating content shoots and managing the photographers and talent. You will be the technical expert in leading new digital thinking across the territory. You'll lead budget management, creative planning, and act as the digital expert for retail within the integrated marketing team.

Qualifications

  • • Bachelor's degree• 5 years' related experience in digital• Understands and relishes opportunity to work with a cross functional team. Experience working across multiple sports categories preferred• Demonstrates strong and effective project management skills and ability to direct agency partners• Ability to provide strong creative vision and direction for projects and/or special assignments specific to multiple categories• Entrepreneurial and conceptual thinker able to develop innovative solutions to problems• Familiarity with our Nike App ecosystem and ability to run a data-driven offense - reviewing analytics and insights and adapting plans• You're on the bleeding edge of how consumers are connecting with brands via targeted comms, and have a deep understanding of acquisition strategies and tactics• Experience driving consumer acquisition and benefit communications • Ability to manage multiple projects on various levels with different and converging timelines• Thorough understanding of the consumer and passionate for sport, digital marketing, and social media.• A strong sense of NIKE image and taste and thorough knowledge in the discipline techniques and practices and technologies• Exceptional time management and organizational skills NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
