Nike Supply Chain experts ensure that every year 900 million pieces of footwear, apparel and equipment arrive at the right destination on time. That’s no easy task. The complex process involves more than 50 distribution centers, a network of thousands of accounts, and more than 100,000 retail stores around the world. Supply Chain professionals from Laakdal, Belgium, to São Paulo, Brasil, make it happen. They constantly push for ways to make Nike’s supply chain faster, more efficient and more responsive to Nike’s always-changing consumer needs.

We always innovate and welcome you to our Leadership Track. Not just your ordinary traineeship, but a 3 year rotational program to accelerate your career, with a tailored development program and mentored by directors.

You will get the chance to:

  • Ignite your Leadership Style

This role gives you an early career opportunity to gain team management experience and develop your leadership style by leading coaching, driving and inspiring a team. Meanwhile you will learn our distribution processes from A to Z and you might be trained in our own lean logistics system; NLS.

  • Master the fundamentals of Supply Chain

A rotation as Supply Chain Analyst or Distribution Planner will develop you as a real expert in our end to end supply chain. Your influencing, analytical and organizational skills will be challenged within the complex world of international warehousing with fast changing consumer service models by participating in diverse improvement projects.

Qualifications

There will be a structured onboarding and development program. You will start with highly talented future leaders and will be mentored by one of our Directors. Besides functional & management development training, we will challenge and support you to create your own learning platform. Learn with and from each other, one team!

Desired Profile

  • Bachelor/Master degree, yet to graduate or in a first professional working experience

  • Knowledge of and/or strong curiosity in Supply Chain & Logistics

  • Natural born leader, inspiring team player

  • Eye for continuous improvement, analytical skills & process oriented

  • Consumer thinking, digital first, innovation mindset

  • Excellent communicator, fluent in Dutch and English

  • Fully committed to this versatile track and the advantages of a generalist career path to guide your Nike journey.

  • Willing to work in shifts (early-late)
