Description

As the Web Analytics Specialist, you are part of the Digital Sales Experience team and are responsible for the smooth running of the sales process and customer journey on the Nike B2B website Nike.net.

As the Web Analytics Specialist, you are at the heart of the digital business and help make decisions that drive performance and services, directly leading to the continuous improvement of Nike.net. You will support the Digital Platform & Commercial Data Manager by driving insights around business performance and potential. You’ll use Web Analytics tools and SQL to pull out relevant information and craft data driven stories that will enhance our customers’ journeys and ultimately grow our business. You will monitor seasonal category stories performance and will participate in the development of new reporting dashboards. In addition to that, you will play a part in forecasting key performance indicators (KPIs) and be responsible for following up with the latest internal Business Intelligence (BI) developments.

This position requires a high-energy, self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling ability backed by strong analytical skills. To succeed in the role, you will need to be attentive to details, willing to constantly learn and be curious. Candidates with analytics and/or marketing experience in an e-commerce environment are preferred.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver reporting andanalytics-driven insights initially to the Geo, Global DGTM teams and to theother appropriate functions

  • Look for growth andoptimization opportunities in the data, craft persuasive stories and visuals tosupport new business initiatives

  • Aidingin developing all digital assets through AB and multi variant testing toensure our clients have the best possible experience

  • Abilityto manage relationships with key stakeholders and effectively articulateand justify test estimates

  • Drive a deepunderstanding of customer journeys, across all digital touch points, from leading to the homepage to placing an order based on traffic,data and insights

  • Partner with the global DGTM & BI teams exposing them to EMEAbusiness needs and implementing global developments locally

  • Own and share EMEA DGTM relevant reports for core KPIs and businessdrivers

  • Able to simplify and convey complex data and the insights gathered tovaried audiences such as GEO and Global DGTM teams

  • Researchand drive implementations, recommendations to improve landscape of webdata hygiene

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree inStatistics, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field

  • Ideally minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in ane-commerce environment

  • Working SQL command and fundamental knowledge of digital marketing arerequired

  • Experience with Python or R (or any other statistical programminglanguage), Tableau and/or Web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or GoogleAnalytics), UX analytics tool would be considered as a strongadvantage

  • Proven ability to dealwith large amounts of un-organized data, great team and communication skills,positive attitude, and strong motivation to learn

  • A high skill level in communicating in all forms, ensuring proper team documentation,and coordinating a team's outward communication

  • Strong task management capabilities to manage multiple tracks of workand requirements

  • Ability to build positive working relationships and workingsuccessfully in cross-functional teams

  • Pre-existing experiencewith a Digital business considered a plus
