Data driven insights are a competitive advantage for Nike and an essential part in the process to deliver the right product/size to service when and where the consumer wants to buy. Creating these insights requires a capability to source, organise and present data into meaningful insights that resonates with the business strategy of many stakeholders. You will be developing the business along on this cultural change journey.

The Express Lane Fulfill Performance Analyst supports a sustainable performance management cycle to ensure effective delivery of reporting, tracking and data analysis to drive decision making to maximize revenue, margin and keep the market clean. The balance between the right service- and inventory-level is the critical field in which you will play. This to ensure we have the right size available at the right moment and location where the consumer wants to buy. You will contribute one or more of the following core skills to the analyst team:

• ability to engineer data (source it, improve it and develop actional insights from it)

• proficiency in calculating metrics / KPIs for performance management and visualization

• end to end supply chain knowledge to drive business process improvement

• project management skills

You’ll succeed through intimate collaboration with peers across the end-to-end supply chain from factory to consumer. You will have a strong Service Mindset, the ability to look End-to-End across the Value Chain and think from the Consumer.

Examples of your responsibilities:

• Ensuring Quality, On-time relevant Data & Reporting is in place to manage ongoing Express Lane Fulfill Performance

• Building sustainable and scalable data products in partnership with Nike Technology, data scientists and business users

• Developing automatic data driven processes and decision making

• Establish, grow and maintain Data & Reporting related tools, information base and processes.

• Work with the Account teams to efficiently gather account forecast and give meaningful and actionable insights and direction back on how they perform with highlight on success and improvement areas.

• Participate and lead aspects of the development of reliable, responsive, and actionable insights through the weekly performance management Express Lane Fulfill team huddle.

• Prepare Data Findings with clear action points on a continuous basis in support of Express Lane Demand-, Supply & Inventory Planning and Senior Management.

• Provide input to analytics solutions to enhance Performance and insights via business intelligence, descriptive and predictive analytics.

• Perform some operational order management (MPO) tasks. Allocate constrained supply to prioritized orders to maximize sell through. Monitor order entry on key items and optimize processes.

• A numerical, scientific or computationally based qualification or relevant experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant experience in a commercial environment

• Experience in a data and reporting organization

• Experience in big data environments and data architecture

• Experience working within agile methodology

• Technically proficient on reporting solutions and tools like COGNOS, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Alteryx, R, SAP and Excel

• Project management experience

• Proven aptitude to sift through data, identify critical information, analyze, develop hypothesis and make recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences

• Strong problem solving capability to tackle complicated issues

• Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills, with capacity to interact with all levels in the organization

• Bias for action, drive for results while demonstrating positive attitude and enthusiasm

• Ambitious to develop more advanced predictive and prescriptive tools

• Independent, curious, responsive and good sense for urgency.
