As the Membership Manager for NSW you will be responsible for ensuring that we consistently serve our Nike members in a personal manner through extraordinary access to a world of products, experts and services dedicated to helping them to get better.

You will help to tailor and evolve the digital membership strategy and lead its execution for NSW category in EMEA through our membership platforms including targeted comms channels (apps, emails, Nike.com logged out/in states).

You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for members driven through our service led proposition and the evolving NikePlus ecosystem.

This role focuses on the NSW category across EMEA. It requires both a holistic, long-term view of how we communicate our membership benefits through product, services and events. Which mix of stories, services and channels will ensure we best deliver personal service.

As part of the Membership team you will work in partnership with and as part of the Nike Digital Direct organization. And as the Membership Manager you will report to the Membership Director.

Key Responsibilities

DEFINE & EVOLVE SERVICE PRIORITIES

  • Work with NSW cross functional brand teams to map seasonal priorities into an editorial framework that best delivers personal service to Nike members

  • Develop a detailed channel strategy for the category from a holistic, seasonal and key launch POV

  • Define membership strategy to define exclusive and/or early access for product, content, events and services

  • Work with cross category counterparts to apply learnings and continually evolve the categories’ channel, messaging and membership strategy

  • Drive innovative digital activations to drive membership at scale to invite new and buying members and retain members

BUILD AND LEAD THE TEAM

  • Manage the NSW NikePlus team across planning and execution

  • Set clear expectations and deliverables for all team members

LEADERSHIP FOR EMEA

  • Be the point person for seasonal NSW category planning and resolution of issues for the team.

  • Have a strong POV on editorial category priorities for EMEA each season

  • Attend regular category meetings at EHQ (eg. IMMs)

  • Attend/ present at off-sites when required

  • Provide regular updates to leadership on progress

GLOBAL INTERACTION

  • Have weekly calls with Global to share/ get key updates

  • Attend WHQ workshops when necessary

CREATIVE EXCELLENCE

  • Ensure creative quality control across all NikePlus work streams

  • Create a review process to monitor output

ANALYTICS

  • Provide clear KPIs for the team

  • Provide regular reporting for the category and leadership, working with GCK

ROLL-OUT PLANNING

  • Create the roll-out plan for markets to use when launching NSW NikePlus seasonal activations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree and a Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in digital

  • Strong strategic thinking

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong presenter

  • Excellent understanding of digital channels, digital commerce and social landscape, trends and consumer behavior

  • Be able to use computer applications effectively

  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience collaborate with teams

  • Experience of collaborating effectively with other functions, departments and external stakeholders

  • Have good judgment and decision-making skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
