Nike Supply Chain experts ensure that every year 900 million pieces of footwear, apparel and equipment arrive at the right destination on time. That’s no easy task. In Nike Direct, the consumer is at the very center of everything we do and the Marketplace Operation team plays a key role in ensuring consumer satisfaction. The Nike Stores Partnered team is constantly defining the new frontier of retail to create the most premium consumer experience, while delivering mutual profitability with our franchise partners. The NSP Marketplace Operations team plays a key role to deliver service excellence and support the end to end supply chain for partner stores across EMEA. As MPO Service Lead you will be responsible for delivery performance and service improvements for your region. While the NSP business is on a mission to create a mutually profitable, premium experience across EMEA, delivering the short-term business objectives is of equally high importance. In Nike Direct you are expected to develop yourself as well as the business.

Based on these responsibilities we are looking for a talented lead who is a strong team player, who eagerly seeks opportunities and shows passion, vision and an appetite for retail business.

Please find the key deliverables for role below.

• Manage the day to day operations for your portfolio of countries and ensure the highest service and visibility is delivered to the stores, always with a consumer mindset, in collaboration with key cross functional partners.

• Focus on performance; understanding the supply chain KPIS, driving concrete actions to improve these and understanding the end to end supply chain dynamics.

• Drive speed to market improvements; by leading a process improvement project engaging with the key stakeholders in order to deliver higher service or efficiency in the supply chain.

• Seek opportunities for development within supply chain challenges and drive improvements in accordance with SMD

• Develop best practice and sharing across the greater MPO Nike Direct team.

• Be an active member of the NSP MPO team by sharing ideas and proactive communicate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain or likewise.

• At least 3 years relevant work experience, with experience in supply chain or operations for retailers

• Excellent analytical skills which support a result driven approach delivering operational excellence.

• Strong service mindset, followed by a proactive attitude.

• Experience in leading and delivering process improvement

• Fluency in English with first class communication skills
