Description

As a Nike.com Digital Product Manager EMEA, your role will include working closely with business partners and development teams across the globe to bring new and innovative Nike digital experiences to life. You will play a key role in the product strategy and roadmap creation, requirements definition, functional design, and development of our Nike.com consumer facing experiences.

The focus of this role will be the Nike.com Homepage and other content driven landing pages across our website. We are looking to deliver a more personalized experience across nike.com that will inspire athletes through the culture of sport and help inform purchase decisions.

Your role will include:

  • Being the subject matter expert on assigned Nike.com functionality and consumer journeys

  • Understanding and advocating for market, consumer, and stakeholder needs to ensure we are building the right product functionality at the right time to deliver maximum value to our consumers and business

  • Collaborating with architects and other technology & product leaders on building scalable cloud based platforms powering the digital experience ecosystem at Nike.

  • Fulfilling the duties of a product owner on an agile development team, including requirements definition, story writing, backlog prioritization, and feature roadmap creation

  • Partnering with business and development teams in Europe and at our World Headquarters in the United States to identify objectives, determine initiative scope, and document requirements

  • Maintaining a product scorecard to measure and report on the success of the experience

  • Collaboration with stakeholders and development teams throughout the product development lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Information Systems, Business, Communications,or other relevant areas

  • 5+ years of professional experience in digital/interactive/web -- e-Commerce, software applications, websitedevelopment, web production, CRM or related field.

  • Proven experiencewith consumer-facing e-commerce experiences and platforms is stronglypreferred.

  • Success indesigning and facilitating requirements elicitation sessions including use ofinterviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, business process outcomemodeling, personas, user centric design, task and workflow analysis

  • Experience withworking in an Agile delivery environment

  • Exceptionalcollaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills

  • A consultancyapproach to your work and the ability to work independently and multi-task

  • Ability totroubleshoot technical and non-technical problems

  • Fluent inEnglish, written and verbal
