Description

As our Customer Operations Strategy and Capabilities Senior Director you will lead strategy, capability building/deployment and transition management for the EMEA Supply Chain Operations Team, Nike Direct (retail) and wholesale, serving the consumer at speed and scale.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead strategy development, deployment, approval and implementation of capabilities and processes in partnership with geo channel and process leads as well as global center of excellence and process leads.

• Partner with the Global Supply Chain Operations Leadership to manage the portfolio

• Lead the implementation of specific capabilities from geo for the globe, i.e. globally scalable solutions

• Provides thought leadership and direction through own leadership team

• Drives an innovation framework to introduce disrupting operational capabilities in the EMEA Marketplace

• Drives resource allocation, program management and priority setting to meet overall objectives

• Develop transition management frameworks to ensure org readiness, adoption and benefits realization

• Actively develops a talent pipeline that feeds the supply chain operations team

Qualifications

• Master’s in Technology, Supply Chain, Business or likewise

• Process and operational experience, including Supply Chain, Logistics, Project Management, and Process Improvement with progressive responsibility

• Good understanding of the role Technology plays now and, in the future,

• Experience in highly cross-functional global business environment with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at various levels within a matrixed organization structure, including strong storytelling skills

• Knowledge of retail business including the planning, buying, pricing, receiving, merchandising and selling components

• Proven track record of high-quality delivery results on time and within budget

• Strategy development and planning experience

• Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments

• Strong leadership skills, able to develop talent, teamwork and diversity
