Description

The Order-To-Cash (O2C) Controlling team is involved in multiple initiatives which drive Nike’s growth. Nike is leading with Digital and you, as the Nike Direct Accounting Specialist, will focus on supporting the growth of the Digital business. You will help design and support the implementation of various Digital initiatives and, also participate in the optimization of existing processes within O2C. So that we win as a team, you will work with multiple business stakeholders at EHQ, in Global and, also, in the territories.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own various accounting reconciliation processes.

• Assist the team in optimizing the Digital cash-to-revenue reconciliation tool/process.

• Be an advisor for rolling out the reconciliation tool to new initiatives.

• Perform ad hoc analysis on (non)financial data and be capable to communicate results within team and cross functionally.

• Work closely with cross-functional counterparts (Customer Finance, Billing, Source 2 Pay).

• Participate in optimizing existing processes in O2C space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related fields is required, Master’s degree preferred.

• Experience with a Fortune 500 or multinational consumer products company is an advantage.

• Attention to detail and investigation/analysis capabilities.

• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and thrive in an evolving and high-growth environment.

• Ability to handle multiple and competing priorities and requests.

• Ability to effectively communicate status, issues, and risks with the team and other stakeholders.

• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven experience in Microsoft Excel is essential, PowerPoint is an advantage.

This is a one year fixed term contract.
