Description

Nike is looking for a Launch Coordinator to be responsible for the X-functional coordination of Product Launches, Brand Initiatives and In-Country-Campaigns.

Based in Frankfurt/Main, you will be responsible supporting in-market execution of launch initiatives. This role is accountable for working with the Customer Operations Territory team in collaboration with the central Launch Coordination team to ensure Launches are executed on time and in-full for each account in the Territory.

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Oversee and support orderbook management activities for launch initiatives across accounts in the Territory – including producing orderbooks after each allocation of product

  • Support orderbook reconciliation activities to aid accurate order capture within the identified timelines

  • Track coverage / orders for launch products timely to take improvement actions

  • Proactively identify issues with launch products either in planning, allocation or delivery

  • Ensure timely delivery of all launch products

  • Communicate effectively across all stakeholder groups, incl. launch previews, reviews and scorecarding

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Commercial field and/or in Operations/Supply Chain

  • Strong Customer Service/Logistics/Operational experience

  • Language: Fluent in English is a must, written and spoken

  • Demonstrate flexibility when priorities of the team and the business demand it. Challenge your multitasking skills each single day

Qualifications Minimum requirements:
