Description

As a Strategy Manager for Integrated Markets, you will work on developing and executing Converse’s global long-term growth strategy with a focus on wholesale and owned marketplace development.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership to develop strategic plans and lead the creation and ongoing management of tools and processes to execute against the strategic plans. You will also lead cross-functional project teams to help identify and evaluate critical strategic priorities and to catalyze action against these priorities.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a consulting firm or within the strategy function at a top retail / consumer goods company.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Support our annual strategycycle by coordinating planning milestones and deliverables and working closelywith senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and communicate criticalstrategic priorities

  • Data Analysis and Synthesis: Analyze andintegrate stakeholder interviews, market intelligence, financial scenarios,competitive benchmarking and consumer insights to identify macro, consumer, andcompetitive insights & drive strategy

  • Process Excellence / Project Management: Drivesimplementation of projects and large scale initiatives by applying systematicthinking to map key priorities, milestones & deliverables

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2-5 years of experience

  • Prior consulting experience highly preferred

  • Proven experience with preparation and deliveryof executive level presentations

  • Demonstratedability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial models

  • Provenability to conduct and/or analyze research related to consumers, industries andcompetitors

  • Problemstructuring and strategic problem solving skills

  • Excellentwritten and oral communication skills and project management skills

  • Experiencewith presenting and influencing senior leadership

  • Superiorinterpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally

  • Demonstratedability to manage multiple projects at once, to operate with a high degree ofambiguity and to work with a flexible schedule
