Job Accountabilities

As a project manager on the Integrated Brand Creative team, responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead Marketing Operations for Wholesale and Brand projects(including digital, retail, activations, GTM Milestones, Tradeshows, and media& PR events); develop project schedules and work assignments againstforecasted project load

  • Support with DTC projects as-needed.

  • Partner withBrand Design and Brand Management on seasonal photoshoot planning andproduction

  • Drive execution to the consumer, throughout the marketing process

  • Create systems, processes and tools that positively impactproductivity, profitability, accountability and service.

  • Performs work insupport of brand plans; demonstrating link between daily work and companymission.

Project Management:

  • Manage day to dayproject operations with internal partners and external resources

  • Partner withBrand Design to ensure agency and freelance resources have clear direction and allnecessary assets

  • Create system fortracking each brief, status, budget, workback, etc.

  • Monitor andtraffic deliverables for approvals, feedback, approvals, etc.

  • Facilitateaccountability for staying on schedule (both external resources AND internalteams), routing for proper feedback within timelines, etc.

  • Anticipates needsof key stakeholders; assessing requirements and presenting clear path forward.

  • Continualcommunication to all brief stakeholders re: status of projects

  • Collaborateclosely with Global and Regional Marketing, Merchandising, and Sales to provideguidance and assistance when needed

  • Partner withinternal and external resources to continually elevate brand experience andpresentation at internal and external meetings and events

Budget Management:

  • Provide assistance in the development of project budgets based onscope, timing and resource allocation

  • Ensure all projects are approved by the budget owner prior to thecommencement of work

  • Manage projects to deliver on budget, providing solutions, andworking with budget owner to manage any potential risk

Vendor Management:

  • Manage new andexisting vendor relationships

  • Vendor adds andmaintenance; liaise with Procurement and Finance departments, as needed.

  • Build and fosteragency relationships; assist in establishing a network of go-to agency & productionresources across a variety of functions, as-needed.

  • Partner withProcurement when necessary for bidding and job awarding to ensure best pricing,timelines, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 5-7 years of demonstrated excellence in ProjectManagement and production knowledge, from brand design, to retail and eventproduction, to category experience.

  • Demonstrated financial/budgeting accountability.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and withsenior leaders.

  • Must be aneffective communicator; able to clearly relay creative direction and/orfeedback to a variety of partners with a strong attention to detail.

  • Travel as needed10-15%
