In the role of Marketplace Merchandising Manager-Digital , you will elevate Converse by ensuring the brand vision comes to life for the consumer at wholesale Digital destinations in the US marketplace.

Across footwear, apparel, and accessories, plus men’s women’s & kids, this role will:

  • Drive North America cross-gender andproduct type/concept assortment direction, to ensure a holistic premium,differentiated, and profitable offering in the integrated Digital marketplace.

Responsibilities:

  • MerchandisingStrategy

  • Deliverand articulate US Digital merchandising seasonal strategies by KeyAccount, creating product assortments for Commercial team (&ultimately the retailers).

  • Alignassortment strategies to serve the band initiatives, while enabling KeyAccount strategic growth plans to be met.

  • Seekand serve up Digital marketplace opportunities by frequently walking thewalls of Digital retail and reviewing consumer reviews on key ecommsites.

  • AssortmentCreation and Management

  • Create multi-product typeassortments for the US Digital marketplace across various channels/tiers.

  • Determinebreadth, size, and color of channel / account assortments, grounded instrategies to grow the Digital business.

  • Completeseasonal Digital hind sighting and adapt future assortments as needed.

  • MerchandisingInvestment

  • Determinecategory prioritization and module investment within the Digital channel,across tier and account

  • Reviewbookings of Minimum Credible Assortment against KPI targets at channeland account level, to ensure stories are landing in the Digital marketplace.

  • Partnerwith Business Planning to provide information needed as they determinedepth of buy and any relevant historical data to shape assortmentstrategies.

  • ProvideMarketplace Capacity (both SKUs and Digital Stories), along with Digitalconsumer insights.

Qualifications

  • 3 – 5+years of Digital experience in either merchandising, buying, or analytics;driving an ecomm business via direct retail or in-direct retail

  • Experience working in the Footwear &/or Apparel industrypreferred

  • Excellent knowledge of the US Digital marketplace / retaillandscape

  • Strong analytical acumen balanced with the art side ofmerchandising

  • Experience in connecting observations of trends in productand consumer needs and translation of those into actionable businessopportunities

  • Strong collaborator and driver of healthy crossfunctional relationships and team success.

  • Strong presentation and influencing skills

  • Quarterly market travel required
