Description

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Demonstrates theabilities to understand complex business challenges and business requirements

  • Partners withOperational Excellence Dir. and Sr. Dir. of Operations Strategy to develop bestapproach to performance management process and work across the organization

  • Works with keystakeholders to develop operational KPIs, and challenging targets that drivepositive business results

  • AdvanceOperations performance management capability through improved data mining, datavisualization, and predictive analytics

  • Seeksopportunities to use cutting edge approaches to modernize and automateperformance management

  • Monitors bestpractice approaches to business KPIs, performance management and reportingresults. Introduces these practices to the Operations organization

  • Manages globalperformance management governance around KPIs, metrics, targeting, and resultsmeasurement.

  • Maintains andupdates global KPI and metrics library and periodic reviews of KPI priorities

  • Works withcounterparts at Nike to ensure performance management practice and KPIalignment. Partners with Nike to seek new and innovative approaches toperformance study and management

  • Acts as atrainer, as required, to introduce new analytics and performance managementtools, process and techniques

  • Supportsquarterly corporate and Operations business reviews, automation of KPItracking, target setting activities and elevation of data visualization andpresentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’sdegree with focus on business, analytics and performance management orequivalent experience required. Master’s degree in similar fields of studydesired

  • Extensive experience with Excel, business analytics, analyticsvisualization methods/tools (eg: Tableau) and data processing tools (eg:Alteryx)

  • Extensiveexperience data mining and the development of executive level visual analyticstools that drive business decisions and results

  • Provenability to understand and analyze advanced business KPI's, identify criticalinformation, investigate root cause, and develop clear and concise action plansor recommendations.

  • Provenability to build strong partnerships/relationships acrossfunctions/geographies/organizations

  • A high skilllevel in verbal and written communication and the ability to work with andinfluence all levels/functions within the organization

  • Strongproject and task management capabilities and ability to manage multiple tracksof work, deadlines and requirements

  • Exposure to orworking knowledge of LEAN and Agile methodology desired

  • Experienceworking in a global/multi-national corporate environment preferred
