Overview:

Leading with Digital, Converse is setting a bold strategic plan to enable and inspire consumer self-expression by positioning converse.com as the first and best source for authentic Converse products and experiences globally. As the Manager of Product Content and Catalogs, you will be a key leader on our cross-functional team driving the strategy, tools and tactics to ensure Global Seasonal readiness for Product Catalog and Content. Being part of the Global Digital Merchandising and Business Operations team is more than just selling things online. It is about how Converse shows up at retail online globally to our consumers.

Job Summary:

  • Manage ateam to ensure that Seasonal Readiness across the globe is measurable.

  • Serve asthe business lead for of all global product images.

  • Own theglobal strategy for product copy structure, go-to-market process and qualitycontrol.

  • Createand manage the product naming structure for our global sites.

  • Lead theseasonal site attribution strategies and execution across the globe.

  • Responsiblefor quality control on global site pricing Governance and accuracy.

  • Create, drive,manage and communicate a global weekly scorecard for seasonal readiness.

  • Owndefining the business requirements for digital back-end and front-end tools(Product Information Management and Digital Asset Management systems) toimprove consumer experiences and business processes.

  • Lead andmanage global annual operating budgets for photography and copy ensuring wedriving an ROI.

  • Edit andQA product content on our global digital platforms.

  • Activateand unlock Digital go-to-market process across the globe ensuring direct andindirect functions are hitting pre-season and in-season milestones.

  • Strategicallyevolve how the team goes to market digitally in partnership with crossfunctional leads across merchandising, product, design and commercial.

  • Coach andinspire direct reports to help the team hit their overall accountabilitiesseasonally.

  • You willbe a direct liaison between technology, user experience and vendors support ourSeasonal Readiness tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, BusinessOperations or Technology

  • 5 years of experience in areas that include digitalmarketing, content management or business operations dealing with consumerproducts online

  • 3 plus years of digital commerce experience is preferred

  • 2 years of experience working with a DAM or PIM tool

  • Experience managing an operational or marketing budget on amonthly basis that ties back to an annual operating plan

  • Proven experiences to work independently and cooperate withdiverse group

  • Must be a high potential leader with proven ability toinfluence diverse groups of people

  • Demonstratedexperience managing, coaching and inspiring a team

  • Ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources

  • Ability and desire to work at both the strategic and tacticallevels

  • Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is required
