Our Director of Product Management will lead a cross functional team to conceive, design, build and launch new mobile experiences that will delight customers and drive meaningful business results. You will help define and execute the mobile product vision and strategy, manage the end-to-end lifecycle of features, and define and execute a prioritized product roadmap based on a strong understanding of consumer needs, insights and in-depth data analysis.

The Work:

As the Director of Product Management, Mobile Experiences you will partner closely with our Technology, Brand, User Experience and Global and Regional Digital Commerce teams to drive:

  • Strategy & Vision: Define & evangelize the global strategyand vision for mobile innovation.Build business cases and drive approval through establishedgovernance processes.

  • Productlifecycle management : Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our mobile app strategy from discovery and design throughdevelopment and launch. Partner withglobal and regional teams to establish operational model inclusive of people,process and technology.

  • Ideation: Identifymeaningful mobile opportunity spaces and prioritize relevant opportunities,features, capabilities and tools, all informed by customer insight,research, competitive analysis, industry trends and analytics

  • Business Requirements: Definebusiness requirements for new opportunities and capabilities through userstories identification and development

  • Test & Learn: Partner with User Experience andAnalytics teams on a strategic test and learn strategy informed bybusiness critical KPIs

  • Speed to Market: Deliverat the speed of the consumer through iterative design processincorporating ideation, rapid prototyping, customer feedback/validationand iteration

  • Program and Release Management: Partnerwith digital technology on program management, ongoing releases andbacklog management, helping to prioritize, triage, and deliver the mostcritical capabilities to market

  • Roadmapping: Plan,prioritize and lead ongoing mobile capability roadmap and enhancements

Qualifications

  • eCommerce and Mobile Leadership: 7+ years experience in leading highperforming eCommerce business, mobile, product or experience teams. Passionate about the mobile space withproven track record in bringing successful native mobile applications tomarket inclusive of strategy,ideation, design and delivery.

  • Mobile Marketplace knowledge: Deep understanding of the Mobile Commercelandscape including technologies, vendors, industry experts andresources. Strong understanding andconnection to emerging technologies that will influence roadmaps andunlock business opportunities.

  • Customer focused: Passionate advocate for theconsumer with experience in consumer research and testing methodologies

  • Results driven: Performance-obsessed leader whounderstands fundamental digital business drivers and KPIs. Ability to build sound ROI-drivenbusiness cases for new features and capabilities.

  • Delivery: Experience leading product, design and technologyteams through an iterative design and delivery process that leveragesagile principles

  • Analytical: Innate curiosity with a strong acumenfor web analytics and experimental design

  • Communication: Strong communication skills within andacross teams. Ability toevangelize, story-tell and present to all levels of the organization.

  • Team Player: Collaborative, team player who caninfluence and drive results through others. Can build strong ongoing relationshipswith cross capability partners and influencers.
