Description

Converse is setting a bold strategic vision to lead with digital with the goal of establishing and deepening relationships with consumers through authentic and distinct Converse experiences. At the forefront of this digital initiative is online Customization, allowing Consumers alter colors, materials, and embellishments to create their perfect shoe.

As the Digital Product Specialist, Customization you will lead the planning and execution of bringing Custom products to life online. Being part of the Global Digital Merchandising and Business Operations team is more than just selling things online. It is about enhancing how Converse shows up at retail online globally to our consumers.

Responsibilities include:

Product Setup

  • Lead process development and execution of global product enrichment and online deployment

  • Oversee the setup, testing, and deployment of Custom product in ecommerce system

  • Lead Site Experience trouble shooting efforts

  • Provide quick-turn support to fill supplement inline product gaps

Consumer Insights

  • Research and analyze selling data to address global consumer trends

  • Report on data-driven consumer insights to influence product creation and overall business practices

  • Report out to Global and Territory functions on product, financial, and marketing performance of the Custom business

Merchandising Support

  • Support merchandising functions in planning and executing Custom Go-To-Market strategy

  • Audit Converse.com presence for fidelity and quality assurance

  • Establish and manage cadence of color flows and product updates specific to North America and Western Europe markets

  • Identify and research trends to implement into Custom product line

Training & Support:

  • Build and implement guide to document Custom product setup and FAQs

  • Support Operations team with builder quality testing

Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelors Degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Design or a related field

  • Preferred experience with Ecommerce system like Salesforce

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and making persuasive presentations to senior managers

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and reliably meet deadlines

  • Mental agility to adapt to constantly changing workflows and timelines

  • Detail orientation and intrinsic passion toward site success and high-quality delivery

  • Outstanding team player and positive attitude

  • Logical reasoning, troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and process excellence
