Major objective of this role is to develop Running Category Specialty business in EMEA Central with strong focus on Germany. We search for strong candidate who will be able to strengthen our relationship with Running Category Specialty partners, secure strong Nike position there and provide retailers with x-functional support. At the same time role will be responsible for Go to Market process, seasonal support and revenues delivery

  • In Nike Running, our mission is to serve Runners. As our Running SpecialtySales Representative, you"ll establish Nike as the premium partner withRunning specialty retailers.

  • You'll:

  • accomplish thisby providing consultative sales & services to an assigned accountportfolio, driving revenue growth and maximizing profits for Nike and theretail customer.

  • service anassigned account base through regularly scheduled product presentations(footwear, apparel, equipment), business meetings, and service calls.

  • also solicitbusiness commitments, ensure order submission for each booking period, andmaximize the use of retail marketing assets within the assigned accountportfolio.

  • facilitate thecommunication of shipping information, collaborate with partners onsell-through strategies at retail, and provide guidance on the optimalassortment plans needed to achieve agreed upon strategies.

  • track orders,handle logistics issues, manage a seasonal sample line, and submit expensereports in a timely manner.

  • also influenceselling decisions with advanced skills in account and financial/inventoryplanning, product forecasting, and analysis of the assigned account base.

  • be responsiblefor developing an in-depth knowledge of Nike"s competitors" policies,programs and products as well as territory/national demographics and economicinfluences.

  • act as aliaison to customers on relevant Nike initiatives, collaboratively developcapabilities, and enhance Nike & retail partner connection to the Runningconsumer.

  • also build andmaintain strong relationships with internal cross-functional teammates.

  • communicateaccount issues, future business opportunities, product issues, and other importantinsights to sales management.

  • travel to salesmeetings, specialty trade shows, and participate in market trips. In addition

  • drive retail sales and build relationships by participating inretailer events and teaming with accounts to plan & execute compellingconsumer events
