Mission

As part of the Northern Territory Sales team you will drive the business of Converse for our Family Footwear, Department stores and Fashion Teen Casual retailers.

In the role of the Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for achieving targeted sales results by bringing in new and maintaining existing business. You will contribute to the development of the sales strategy: participating to commercial negotiations, increasing revenue growth and maximizing margins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales

Elevate Account Management:

  • Execute key account plans: managing budgetsand ensuring order deadlines

  • Identify new business opportunities bydeveloping market knowledge on product trends, pricing and competition

  • Provide structured account feedbacks

  • Implement seasonal brand communication/marketing:collaborate closely with Marketing to develop specific account marketing plansin order to elevate the positioning of your accounts

  • Planning

Develop go-to-market plans’ seasonalassortments:

  • Segment the accounts of these distributionchannels, focus per segment, drive assortments

  • Deliver accurate forecasts

  • Ensure monthly and seasonal business reviewswith KAs

Deliver Results

  • Meet or exceed all targeted sales goals byaccount, season, and year, product mix and distribution objectives

In this role, you will be reporting into the Key Account Manager for Family Footwear, Depatment Stores, Fashion Teen Casual.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years working in Sales,ideally with a specific focus on key account management

  • Passionate and action oriented:Must be a self-starter, able to drive the business and getting things doneunder pressure.

  • Strong organizational skills andFlexibility: Ability to prioritize and organize workload in response toaggressive timelines.

  • Communication skills: Fluent in Germanand English, both written and spoken

  • Min Bachelor degree required orhigher, which can be compensated by relevant work experience

  • A sense of humor, a great workethic and a flawless sense of cool.
