About the Role

A Partner Lead manages the day-to-day activities with our Nike Store Partners. This role ensures we deliver against our partners’ seasonal, annual and long-term plans. Partner Leads collaborate across functions to drive premium executions and mutual profitability for their partners. To that end, you’ll,

Key Responsibilities I nclude:

  • Provide exceptional service to our partners by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partner personnel

  • Work with business planner, retail planner, and partner to ensure sales, margin and inventory turn goals are achieved on a seasonal basis, working across functions to maximize marketplace capacity and drive results

  • Contribute to the development of the partner’s seasonal, annual and long term plans based on an understanding of the partner’s consumer base.

  • Leads the seasonal sell in process with partners, before, during and after sell-in; execute the go to market process

  • Owns reviews of orders, ensuring their quality

  • Track sell through performance and profitability of Nike’s NSP business

  • Drive Gross to Net performance and sell through by responding to opportunities for replenishment, and driving healthy cancellations and returns

  • Track performance and profitability of the partner’s NSP business through quarterly reviews with partners, and co-develop action plans with partners and cross-functionally to improve performance

  • Drive the partner assessment process in support of the Territory Partner Director to develop the annual and long terms plans with the partners as well as invest/divest partner plans

  • Owns the Territory SAM store approval process for new/refit door plans from obtaining GEO approval to execution

R equirements for this position include -

  • Education : Masters or Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience : 5-7 years’ experience;

  • Retail Acumen: Understanding of the retail business model, including an understanding of today’s shifting retail landscape and the implications thereof to retail business models and their future financial performance.

  • Relationship Management Skills: Proven ability to develop and maintain high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions and layers.

  • High-Profile Communication and Influencing Skills : Demonstrated adeptness with high-profile communication. Skills include excellent verbal and written communication of complex and/or controversial topics and concepts; meeting facilitation; effective communication on status, issues, risks and opportunities with senior leadership teams – both internal and external, and a proven ability to influence key business decisions.
