Description

As our Strategic Planning Manager, Global Nike Women, you'll support the Director of Strategy, Global Nike Women in managing the strategic plan, which includes building and authoring consumer based strategic and business plans, reporting on weekly/monthly/quarterly results and opportunities, organizing and managing key strategic meetings, and serving as a thought partner with other Nike Women teammates to drive a strategic agenda. You'll also develop high-impact presentations and communication tools to communicate strategic plans and visions across the organization and develop overall long-term business and financial models. You'll lead the development and ongoing management of tools and processes to execute against the strategic and business plans, establishing scorecard metrics to monitor the strategic plan and communicating critical reports. In addition, you'll lead research and analytical work to identify, resolve and implement solutions to key business issues that arise, including partnering with finance and business directors to define and develop reporting mechanisms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required

• MBA or higher degree preferred

• 4+years total experience in Management Consulting, Strategic Planning, Market Research, Business Operations, Finance, Merchandising or a related field

• Proven ability to develop strategic recommendations and narratives to drive the business forward, leveraging functional expertise, data analytics, quantitative and qualitative research, and financial reporting

• Ability to own robust, seamless project planning and execution, including managing deadlines, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, anticipating roadblocks, resolving issues, and formulating effective communication on progress and results

• Experience structuring and solving complex, multi-dimensional problems, considering both detailed and executive perspectives

• Superior writing, communication, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; Mac/Keynote skills also highly preferred

• Exhibited flexibility in working in ambiguous, dynamic, and results-oriented environment

• Ability to pass a background check
