As a Sr. Product Owner, you work with a single team that supports a product with less complexity or integration, a single customer, that is low risk or is already established you will be a key member of the Agile team, working with the business and its stakeholders to provide them with new solutions, enhancements and support to this group's applications and SAP Finance and Controlling system. Your ability to facilitate and drive meetings toward results is critical in this role, as is your general written and verbal communication skills.

In addition to those general role responsibilities, you'll need some specific experiences including:

• Collaborate with, interpret, and act as the voice of the customer for a single team

• Work with Product Management to define the product, ensure it is integrated into the Program and communicate the vision to the Agile Team

• Contribute to the Product Roadmap, highlight risks and dependencies

• Own, maintain and prioritize their team's product backlog; facilitate feature mapping, break features into stories, define acceptance criteria, ensure capacity for enablers and defects

• Ensure team has the full context and understanding of customers and business environment to create valuable solutions

• Ensure the readiness of the work, accept, or reject work results, and that the work is aligned to the Product Roadmap

• Prioritize and make trade-offs based on understanding of strategies, budget, epics, enabler requirements, defects, dependent teams, goals and the value features and stories bring to customers and the business

• Assist in removing roadblocks for the Agile Team

• Be the final decision maker for prioritization of the team's work

• Work with the Agile team to ensure all stories are supported, clear, and delivered in high quality

• Understand how features are performing, the level of customer satisfaction, and provide suggestions for improvements

You'll work with the Supply Planning team on our Supply Management portfolio. You may also work on small to medium size projects in related areas. You will collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Product Analysts and Business Owners to deliver technical solutions. You'll be a key contributor in all aspects of development and support, and involvement in all phases of the software development lifecycle. You'll work in a team environment, but will also need facilitation skills and the ability to lead project team meetings as needed. It is important in this role, and all of Nike, to be able to create new ideas, generate consensus, and work cooperatively.

• Experience resolving issues with higher levels of management

• Able to lead cross-functional work

• Able to respond to and prioritize changing demands

• Strong understanding of Product subject matter
