Description

As the Service & Spaces Ops Manager for the Global Retail Operations and Service Excellence (ROSE) organization, your objective is to support the development of new services and concepts as well as sustain and scale existing services across the globe.

In partnership with the Member and Athlete Services Team as well as the Retail Concept team, you will serve as a subject matter expert on Nike retail store operations briefing in requirements to technology and design teams and providing consultative support as the voice of the athlete. In addition, you will be responsible to develop new store operation processes and partner with the training team to develop new training material to support the implementation of all new services from the testing phase to implementation.

In addition, you will partner to prepare geographies to scale services into new stores and sustain services by monitoring performance and providing required updates to processes & training.

As the Global ROSE representative for the work, you will provide regular project updates to all partners and stakeholders and work to ensure ROSE alignment to support the service or concept. Ultimately, your success will depend on your ability to quickly form relationships with partners and continually evolve your knowledge based upon changing focus for the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and influence strategic decisions based upon your deep understanding of retail operations and the store teams.

• Develop partnerships across organizational, departmental, and geographical boundaries.

• Define and update store processes and training to support services and concepts.

• Balance multiple project to successful outcomes with a strong ability to flex and change focus based upon changing priorities.

• Coordinate teams to ensure on-time successful deliverables.

• Communicate and align with key internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage and support services and spaces across multiple geographies.

• Overcome any obstacles in your path and deliver awesome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required

• 5+years of experience in program management, product management, or retail operations

• 3+ years of retail field/retail management experience

• Proven ability to support and coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams

• Logical problem structuring and strategic problem solving skills

• Superior writing, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; Mac/Keynote skills also highly preferred

• Ability to deal with ambiguity while working in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
