Description

Serve on a scrum team of four to five developers in Beaverton, OR. Will be responsible for developing and maintaining all aspects of the Communication Platform. Will lead the development, modification, application, and maintenance of standards for both large and small projects including consumer web applications and data integration projects. Will oversee software inspection, testing, verification, and validation. Will plan, organize, and implement complex Java software projects utilizing Java tools in integration and Web Services development, including Java, ESB, JMS, Oracle, JBoss, EJB’s, Unix, XML, XSLT, and SOAP / REST Web Services. Will manage build and project timelines and milestones. Will oversee software development and maintenance processes and methods. Wil ensure measures implemented meet acceptable reliability standards. Will oversee the overall operating criteria to ensure implementation of the software quality program according to project, process, and contract requirements and objectives. Will oversee the compliance of project and process control documentation with requirements, objectives, and contracts. Will lead software design and change specifications, and review plans against contractual and process requirements. Will lead and direct verification of software process and technical requirements.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business Experience: seven years of software engineering experience Skills/Requirements: 2 years experience : (1) cloud engineering, (2) Amazon Web Services, (3) Enterprise Bus, (4) digital communication through a variety of channels, (5) order management including using Sterling with eCommerce, (6) web based application development, (7) automation and quality engineering, and (8) front end development for digital communications using free-marker/JSP and ampscript.
