WHAT YOU’LL DO

Explore, Define and Deliver premium, intuitive product and experience platforms that push new levels of consumer connection to better serve athletes*.

EXPLORE:

  • Seek to understand unmet consumer needs, and participate with team in ideation and exploration.

  • Lead consumer engagements, market research & rapid concept testing

  • Develop and maintain a network of partners, vendors, and consultants to ensure global-thinking and best-in-class capabilities.

DEFINE:

  • Break down concepts into smaller elements to enable rapid evaluation, testing and feasibility in parallel.

  • Ensure technical clarity to enable teams deliver against the vision and program goals.

  • Work closely with, and coordinate across design, hardware and software engineering teams to help bring new experiences and platforms to life.

  • Ensure clear and concise articulation of initiative goals, and key milestones.

DELIVER:

  • Detailed product/service definition and requirements

  • Ensure team delivers against program goals

  • Define priorities for internal, external, agency and/or partner team members

  • Overcome obstacles tactfully to deliver amazing experiences.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years relevant experience in creation of digital/technology products or experiences that have been released to market.

  • Experience with creating/delivering a first-generation product or experience.

  • Track record of being a high-performing part of a team.

  • Proven experience creating and/or managing digital products requiring alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders

  • High attention to detail including proven ability to document requirements and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

  • Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, the business, and the competitive landscape

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help the team win

  • Passion for sports and technology

  • Obsessive attention to detail
