Description

As the Global Supply Chain Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a key business partner for the Global Supply Chain cross-functional leadership team. You'll partner and collaborate across the Global functional teams and geography teams to drive and influence portfolio spend. You will provide a variety of support with key responsibilities including monthly forecasting, capability investment financial models, benefit realization & tracking of benefits. You will actively interpret and review financial results with leadership, including trends/issues and opportunities, to drive actionable responses and to ensure alignment with the Supply Chain strategic plan.

Responsibilities include:

• Proactively identify and lead the analysis that aids in the decision-making process and helps drive strategic operational investment prioritization

• Lead efforts to identify, drive and track efficiency/productivity opportunities across the supply chain

• Monitor and report monthly program performance against budgets and forecasts at the Global and Geography levels

• Actively interpret and review financial results with leadership, including trends/issues and opportunities, to drive actionable responses

• Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed

• Create value through benefit tracking and realization of Global Programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; MBA in Finance, Economics or CPA is preferred

• 4+ years' experience in financial analysis, financial/strategic planning, accounting, and/or budgeting; experience working in Supply Chain/Logistics and/or for a Fortune 500/consumer products company is preferred

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills while being independent and resourceful

• Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis

• Strong communication skills, ability to communicate complex concepts and ideas in a simple way, and influence stakeholders across the organization; experience working in a matrix organization is considered an advantage

• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities

• Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, experience with SAP or similar enterprise system, and with project labor tracking systems

• Ability to pass a 7-year background check
