Description

As a Nike Senior Recruiter, you'll create and sustain effective methods and processes to identify, source and hire the most qualified candidates in the Analytics field in order to bring Nike the best available talent at the right time and for the right compensation. You'll utilize effective recruitment methods that are designed to deliver a qualified/diverse pool of candidates to Hiring Managers in an effective and efficient manner. You'll also lead the process of developing and executing a staffing plan for each individual requisition. This opportunity also involves using an applicant tracking system, resume review and telephone and in-person screening for both internal and external candidates and applying business-driven selection and screening criteria to assist the Hiring Manager in selecting a qualified diverse pool of candidates.

Qualifications

Requirements for the position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field

  • 2 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree

  • 8 years' full cycle recruitment experience, including developing diverse sources to generate talent, outreach recruitment, cold calling, internet and web searches, behavioral and competency based interviewing, and offer negotiation

  • Experience recruiting in the Analytics field including Big Data, Data Science, Machine Learning, Scaled Analytics, Advanced Analytics, Insight Delivery and Data Engineering.

  • Experience working in a corporate business environment, supporting a business with high-volume, non-exempt positions is strongly preferred

  • Work experience with process and project management is preferred
