Description

As the Retail Brand Sr. Experience Manager you will develop end in mind omni-channel seasonal retail concept frameworks that powers a distinctive in-store experience for Nike Direct stores concepts. You’ll be responsible for balancing the art and science of product presentation, storytelling and in-store experiences, as well as be accountable for driving best in class retail experiences that ultimately inspire, power and serve the geographies, territories and key cities.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Develop seasonal and concept strategies for Nike Direct stores concepts through an intentional omni-channel approach

  • Manage the development of briefs for new Nike Direct stores concepts on behalf of the Global Brand Stores team and partners with Global Retail Concepts, Store Design & Retail Brand Design teams to deliver against the strategic vision

  • Manage the cross-functional NDM Stores Brand offense (Product Presentation, Retail Brand Categories and Stores Marketing) to develop, drive and execute an inspiring and integrated in-store member first journey

  • Collaborate with Stores Marketing and Digital Product team to bring key services to life across Nike Direct stores concepts (e.g. Nike App @ Retail and Nike by You)

  • Deliver fewer, bigger, bolder product stories that amass firepower against our most important innovations

  • Manage the functional gameplan and concept process

  • Inspire, empower & serve geos with strategies, tools and guidance focused on enabling flawless execution for Nike Direct priorities

  • Proactively partner to capture & apply consumer first, data driven retail insights

  • Probe and mine capabilities and foster a test and learn mindset that informs future strategies

  • Drive global best practices and standards. Capture and deploy geo and city key learnings for broader scale

  • Leverage and apply geo and city insights to inform future strategies to dominate key cites and doors

  • Lead and develop a world class global team with a focus on unleashing creativity & maximizing human potential

Qualifications

Required:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in related discipline

  • 5+ years work experience in the following: retail marketing, visual merchandising, retail space planning and/or event design

  • 2 additional years required in lieu of a degree

  • In-depth knowledge of the Global Marketplace with an understanding of the competitive market, consumers and retail trends

Preferred:

  • Prior management experience leading projects and/or a team

  • Prior experience in the fashion or sporting goods industry

  • Background in building retail experiences
