Description

As a Program Manager on the Product Engine Solutions Portfolio Management team, you will be dedicated to support Digital Product Creation and be part of a high performing team delivering new capabilities and value to the Enterprise. You will bring your portfolio and program management experience to establish and implement best in class program management practices, standards, tools, and processes, enabling delivery of solutions that drive the highest value for Nike. In addition, you'll get to work alongside truly talented teams and help them enhance their performance by promoting collaboration and innovation.

Your Role on the Team

As a Program Manager, you will be a leader in Agile Portfolio and Program Management. The successful candidate will:

• Understand and articulate the business value in portfolio and program management.

• Establish and execute efficient Portfolio and Program Management practices, standards, tools, and processes leveraging best practices and applying Agile principles.

• This role will establish and manage the overall work planning, resource management, change control, risk/issue, and governance processes within the program.

• Prepare and analyze key program data, trending, and reporting information to drive program level insights in the critical areas of scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and benefits realization.

• Use data to drive fact-based decision making.

• Identify program risks and recommend corrective responses across the program, as necessary, to improve performance.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

• At least five years of professional experience within Business, IT, or a related field; with two years of additional experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.

• At least five years of program management and/or project management experience. Project management certification preferred (PMP and/or PgMP).

• Strong experience with Agile delivery method required; Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience preferred.

• Experience with managing large scale software implementations preferred.

• Proven track record of being results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals.

• Strong analytical skills with ability to establish processes that drive fact-based decision making

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, negotiate tense situations successfully, and manage and resolve conflict.

• Proven presentation and facilitation skills.

• Demonstrated expertise of building consensus across business partners and technology leaders, and influencing successful outcomes.

• Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others.

• Experience working successfully in a highly matrixed work environment.

• Proficiency in Excel and Version One preferred.
