Join our high-caliber North America Supply Chain Innovation team and impact high-visibility projects spanning Operations, Merchandising, Direct to Consumer and Sales. As a Program Manager, you will execute North America’s FY19-21 strategic enablers by driving innovative pilots with select accounts, implementing new close-to-market process and tools, and supporting organizational change. You will have an exceptional opportunity to work closely with product design, merchandising, manufacturing, customer service, planning, and fulfillment implementing end-to-end capabilities across functions within North America, activating realistic implementations and transition plans, and owning delivery of the business capabilities on schedule with quality and on budget. Your ability to turn on a dime and stay in control of a changing environment will set you apart. A strong leader with solid communication skills and ability to build consensus across multiple stakeholders, you will use proven project management methodologies to consistently deliver results and lead your team to new frontier.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field

  • MBA preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in progressively responsible, relevant Program Management and/or Project Management roles

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with supply chain, merchandizing, sales or customer service

  • Extensive Project Management experience managing multiple project streams of various complexity

  • Experience, interest and adaptability to working in Lean/Agile delivery environment

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong presentation and influencing skills and the ability to interact with senior management

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and transition management

  • Coaching and leading team members to accomplishing business results

  • Proficient in Power Point, Excel and Microsoft Project
