As the Product Manager for Manufacturing on the GSM Technology team, you'll be part of a strategic and executional team focused on delivering the vision, strategy and roadmap of multiple Manufacturing technology products in the Product Engine solutions eco-system, ensuring this vision satisfies the key strategic priorities and enablers for Global Sourcing and Manufacturing and the larger Nike Inc. organization.

The Product Manager will work closely with Business leadership, process teams, SMEs, peer Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters to build the product roadmap, backlog and implementation schedule.

• Expert understanding of best-at software solutions including 2D/3D CAD, Engineering, PLM, MES, ERP and Analytics with the ability to quickly learn the Nike Technology ecosystem

• Strong understanding of business processes related to Apparel/Footwear/Hard goods/High-tech Product Development, Sourcing, Manufacturing and/or Engineering

• Proven track record of being self-directed, results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals despite ambiguity and multiple priorities.

• Excellent presentation, facilitation, conflict-resolution, influencing and communications skills both written and oral in front of both business and technology leadership.

• Experience and successes in working in a highly matrixed and collaborative team-oriented environment
