Description

As our Post-Production Coordinator, you will assist in the creation of seasonal product videos to generate excitement for internal sales and our retailer partners. As part of the video team, you will have experience working in a post-production facility, with a comprehensive understanding of advanced post-production workflows, as well as creative skills in video editing, audio post, color correction, and media management.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Scheduling contracteditors/assistant editors/colorists

  • Coordinate contractemployees as assigned; plan, organize and schedule the work of video production contributors

  • Work with the Video Producerto track contractor time and costs

  • Assist with trackingproduction timelines to ensure all deliverables stay on track

  • Quality check finalexports across multiple channels and brands

  • Routinely ingest andorganize media on video server

  • Assist contract editorswith creative input to enhance each story

  • Work with in-housewriters to ensure each story is clear and follows the brief

  • Communicate within-house design team on creative direction

  • Acquire third partyfootage and licensing requests

  • Track and reportprogress using production management tools (i.e. Asana, Smartsheet, Workfront)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, English or relatedexperience in the Localization field

  • Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in localizationand/or project management, preferably in an agency environment or with a multinational company

  • Demonstrated project management skillsincluding an ability to traffic and monitor numerous simultaneous workflows

  • Strong written and verbal communicator;experience with international communications a plus

  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to everchanging priorities

  • Proven strategic thinking ability,creative problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Ability to address changes or issues toproject schedules, providing teams with guidance on impact and risk to schedule and budgets

  • Strong interpersonal skills to supportcross-functional team collaboration

  • A strong understanding for a globalmarketplace and workplace is also required
