Description

As our In Season Analyst in North America Marketplace Operations, you help lead the successful execution and delivery of product to meet customer demand. You will have an opportunity to support a variety of businesses including Always Available, Responsive Operations, Launch and Fulfillment Execution. Your expected responsibilities can include forecasting, reviewing supply-demand metrics, publishing shipping performance reports and liaising/escalating between various Nike teams. You will maintain a high level of collaboration with a variety of teams within North America and Global including Categories, Account teams, Distribution Centers, Marketplace Ops, Inbound Logistics and S&OP.

As a primary contact for In Season MPO you will proactively identify, resolve and escalate any order management or delivery issues that could impact the success of meeting delivery dates to our customers. You'll seek ways to improve and streamline information flow amongst our internal partners while developing greater process efficiencies. You’ll also represent In Season and NA MPO on various organizational and Supply Chain projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. An additional 2 years of experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable

  • 0-2 years of progressive and relevant business experience. This can include business or supply chain analytics, preferably within a consumer goods environment

  • Strong Excel and Analytics Skills Preferred

  • Experienced Fact Based Story Teller

  • Ability to comb through large amounts of data, analyze and draw conclusions, and present a coherent viewpoint.

  • Project management abilities

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, creative problem solver and want to get

  • Strong relationship-building skills; ability to create trust among those with diverse backgrounds, cultures, and personal styles

  • Ability and energy to navigate complex organizational structures and changing environment

  • Passionate drive for results
