Strategic Enterprise Capabilities (SEC) is a reinvention of the way Nike does business. The SEC team will drive end-to-end integration across hundreds of business processes, leveraging a flexible and scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and best-of-breed technology solutions that support the retail experience of the future.As our Market to Consumer Work Track Lead, you will report to the Sr Director, Market to Consumer IVS Lead.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

·Drives the development of processes and E2E integration that delivers enhanced cross functional strategic capabilities for NIKE

·Project/Initiative ownership from strategy through execution of IVS work streams, to include co-innovation with SAP

·Collaborate across a wide range of functions/business partners to anticipate need, assess requirements, and identify new solutions

·Interprets internal/external business challenges. Recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services

·Delivers detailed process maps ensuring E2E cross functional integration.

·Creates visibility to trade off decisions; weighing options, presenting recommendations, and influencing decision-making to deliver maximum value creation

·Leads others to solve complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and minimum of 6yrs relevant work experience. Note: Alternatives may be accepted: PHD or law + 3 yrs; Masters+ 4 yrs; Assoc Degree+ 6 yrs; high school + 7 yrs

• Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise to lend to creation of E2E processes

• Ability to collaborate across a wide range of functions to anticipates needs, assesses requirements and identify new solutions

• Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations

• Proven track record delivering results

• Credible leader among peers / functional teams / leadership

• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence to drive connection across business groups
