Description

As our Global Launch & Membership Ops Coordinator, you will provide operational support to the Global launch team. You will coordinate both global product launches and membership offers across all categories and geographies to inform technical operations support and planning. You will provide an intake point for coordinating communications around key launch styles and membership events globally, ensuring visibility to key moments and deliverables.

You will be the voice of Geo Operations to Product and Technical support teams, helping to champion requirements for tools and processes. You will support the Global Operations team thru the implementation of tools and processes within each Geo and provide direction to Geo Operations teams thru the maintenance and distribution of playbooks and operating procedures. You will create, define and enforce rules of engagement to support operational execution of both Launch and Membership offers across functions.

You will represent the Global Operations team in Launch and Membership command centers required to support key brand moments. Off hours work may be required to meet the needs of Geo partners or fulfill event support requirements.

You will have a good understanding of Launch and Membership business processes and priorities, coordinating with key stakeholders to drive time sensitive operational decisions when needed. As a member of the Global Launch & Membership Operations team, you will be part of a Center of Excellence for Launch and Membership platforms including Nike.com, SNKRS and Nike App, helping to create, maintain and enforce best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Equivalent with additional work experience

  • Minimum 5 years Operational and/ or Project Management or related experience

  • Ability to lead a team on multiple projects

  • Ability to work under extremely tight disciplined timelines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Nike product knowledge is highly preferred

  • Ability to work outside of standard office hours, including evenings, nights, weekends and some Holidays as required for this Global Team
