Mission / Mandate

Build the capability to evaluate new business models through a financial, operational and consumer-centric lens to empower decision-making, amplify focus and drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Bethe Financial lens through whichnew business opportunities are evaluated for Nike Direct, with an emphasis ondigital platforms

  • Leadthe analysis of new business models that are consumer-centric and reimagine ourtraditional sales models, in an effort to drive our digital transformation

  • Ownthe financial evaluation of M&A opportunities to accelerate Nike Directcapability development and business growth

  • Coordinateclosely with Nike Direct Business Planning and Strategic Investments to ensure holistic financial and business management

Characteristics

  • Demonstratedhistory of getting things done in complex environments, with an ability toinfluence others, implement change and standardize processes

  • A self-startermentality, balanced with being a team player with a collaborative approach

  • Anability to be equal parts thinker and doer, white-boarding strategies andproblem-solving, with the inertia to get things done

Qualifications

  • 8-10years’ experience in Finance or key partner functions such as BusinessStrategy, Corporate Development, Business Development or New BusinessOperations

  • Experiencein branded consumer products with a heavy emphasis on digital as both a salesand consumer engagement platform

  • Excellentmodeling skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear andcompelling narratives

Qualifications
