Description

As the Enterprise Transformation Portfolio Director, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and prioritizing the top strategic initiatives across the enterprise in partnership with the Executive Leadership team. You will ensure that the Enterprise Portfolio is established appropriately with strategic initiatives that have been prioritized, communicated, resourced and financed. You will partner with the Strategic Initiative teams to support them in delivering the intended strategic outcomes through rigorous management of strategic plans, scorecards and high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide thought leadership by translating strategic priorities into tangible strategic goals and initiatives

  • Facilitate strategic alignment of the top priorities through refined processes and tools to support intake, prioritization and communication of the enterprise strategic initiatives

  • Partner with Strategic Investments to align portfolio with strategic outcomes and execute a transparent investment prioritization process

  • Establish and maintain cross-functional relationships across Nike Leaders to formalize strategic initiatives by defining scope, establishing timelines, highlighting cross-functional dependencies and estimating level of impact

  • Ensure strategic initiatives are structured for success, including strategic fit, budgeting, and resourcing

  • Coach functional teams on new ways of managing E2E requirements to drive integrated solutions and roadmaps

  • Actively monitor and manage the Strategic Execution Scorecard; independently framing issues, developing recommendations, and advocating for decisions

  • Ensure effective engagement across the initiatives with sponsoring teams to allow for seamless transition of new capabilities

  • Develop and coordinate Transformation Story with Global Communications to engage the organization in understanding it, owning it and confidence in the progress of it

  • Continually evaluates the performance of portfolio

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 6+ years in Management, Program Management, Corporate Strategic Planning and/or Transformational Change

  • Proven experience in driving complex organizational transformation and ability coordinate cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze opportunities and drive sound decision-making on key issues

  • Experience in managing initiatives and programs with a focus on process and organizational changes

  • Superior writing, communication, presentation skills, interpersonal skills and ability to work ross-functionally with senior management, business and technical audiences

  • Collaborate with key partners in a matrixed environment to deliver best-in-class business solutions

  • Demonstrating capability to convert complex concepts into easy-to-interpret summaries that resonate across a varied audience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
