Digital Business Planning Director

As our Digital Business Planning Director, you will lead the digital business planning team to deliver retail sales, margin and inventory plans to serve the consumer and drive

sales, margin and inventory productivity. You will drive a marketplace sales and inventory strategy focused on consumers across category, PE and gender by channel/tier segmentation and concept execution pre-season (including long range), in-season and post season. Collaborate with key cross functional stakeholders to execute planning processes and deliver an actionable perspective on market risk and opportunities. Engage cross functional partners to deliver support for and execution against the plans. You will drive digital specific strategies and KPI’s as part of a business planning process.

You will lead a team responsible for business planning focused on driving sustainable profitable growth and healthy inventory productivity leveraging aligned open to buy strategy and process and drive business planning and functional excellence. You will ensure cross functional/geography alignment against budgets and

strategic/category initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications or related fields - 2 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree

  • 8 + years of progressive experience in Sales, Retail, Planning, Strategy, Finance or related field

  • Management and leadership experience in Sales, Business Development, Retail, Strategy, Finance, and/or Planning

  • Expert knowledge of Retail, Sales, Business Development, and Financial Analysis

  • Demonstrated experience building and sustaining new departmental constructs

  • Demonstrated experience managing large sales functions

  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives

  • Strong influencing skills and ability to champion complex projects both cross functionally and vertically within the organization
