Nike Global Sourcing and Manufacturing teams create a complex and exciting mix of products including baseball bats, sunglasses, apparel, footwear, technical components like airbags and more. As a Production Training Leader, you will provide technical training to a diverse population of team members with a variety of different learning styles.
The Training Leader must display patience, resilience and be able to flex between priorities and multiple requests. Responsibilities comprise a wide range of training areas including:
Expertise for the assigned Technical / Equipment / Machinery
Ability to conduct Classroom and on-the-job training
Strong Communication Skills
Guiding / Directing / Teaching
Highly detailed and organized
2 years’ experience as PMO with demonstrated skills and proficiency in Zoom or Thermoforming
Experience in multiple platforms/equipment preferred.
Experience in delivering classroom and on-the-job training
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to take initiative, follow-through on questions and requests until completion
